Founded in 1987, EFUS is the only European network of local and regional authorities dedicated to urban security. Liège province has been a member since 1 January 2018.
European network of cities and regions for culture
Spread across 28 countries, Like works specifically on issues surrounding Culture in Europe and is involved in the development of cultural policies. It brings together many elected representatives from different local authorities as well as a large number of cultural organisations.
European Confederation of Local Intermediate Authorities
Founded in 2008, CEPLI is the leading European confederation grouping nine national associations accounting for 1,167 local intermediate authorities in eight European countries (Belgium, Bulgaria, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Poland and Romania) and two European networks of intermediate local authorities, Arco Latino and Partenalia.
European association of local authorities in energy transition. The association was founded in 1990 and now accounts for more than 1,000 cities in 30 countries. From 2017 to 2020, Energy Cities was presided over by the city of Heidelberg (DE) with an Administrative Board of 11 European cities.
