This is the story of an encounter between two castles that are listed as part of Wallonia’s outstanding cultural heritage !
One, the “Château de Jehay”, a provincial estate dating from the 16th century, is recognizable among all thanks to its checkerboard layout, alternating white limestone stones and sandstone rubble.
The other, the “Château de Waleffe”, built in 1706, is the extension of a 16th century farm. It was therefore transmitted from generation to generation from 1580 to today.
Come and discover a charming duo of undeniable complementarity.
